Abstract

Today transport is a high performing sector today, both the public and private sectors run road transportation in India. Bus transportation and services are, on the whole, more vital convenient and accessible than other modes of transit, because the majority of passengers choose bus transportation, it is vital to accommodate their need and provide high quality bus services. Passenger interests are defined as passengers satisfaction with transportation services. When passengers are satisfied with services such as fare level and the bus operator’s traffic safety record, the total service quality of bus transportation improves dramatically. In this scenario, it is possible to conclude that improving service planning and reliability has the biggest impact on overall passenger satisfaction.
